All file processing on ShowPro Software happens entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never shared. We are a privacy-first tool suite.

ShowPro Software operates the website at showprosoftware.com. We provide free browser-based file conversion, compression, and editing tools.

2. File Processing
We do not collect, upload, store, or transmit any files you process using our tools.
All tool operations are performed using JavaScript and WebAssembly running directly inside your browser on your own device. Your files never leave your computer.

- We have no technical ability to access your files
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide
If you sign up for a Pro account, we collect your email address. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store card details.
Automatically collected
Standard web server logs may include: IP address, browser type, pages visited, device type. This is used only for security and aggregate analytics, never sold.

Required for the site to function and for Pro account sessions.
Google AdSense (Advertising)
We display ads served by Google AdSense on the free tier. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You may opt out at Google Ads Settings. Learn more: How Google uses data.

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Data is anonymized. Opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

6. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)

7. Data Retention
We do not store your files - there is no file data to retain. Pro account information is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
8. Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us to remove any such data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will notify users by updating the date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
